Hysterical Herstories

Hysterical HerStories is a new podcast from Keep Abortion Safe that dives into the most mysogynistic laws, science, and ideologies in our country’s history and the impact they have on today's norms.

This is the first in a series of collages that will be released digitally alongside the episodes on a bi-monthly basis. It also serves as the episode’s thumbnail and logo. I wanted the style of the image to match the tone of the podcast – bold, sassy, quirky, and playful. I was inspired by the usage of digital collage as a medium to visually incorporate themes from riot grrrl and early queer, feminist punk music that will be woven throughout the series.
